Elder Beverly A. McLean | Senior Pastor & Entrepreneur
Elder Beverly A. McLean is a visionary leader whose life and ministry are defined by a steadfast commitment to excellence, faith, and service. Born in Erwin, North Carolina, to the late Gerald McLean and the late Ella Ruffin McLean, she carries forward a profound legacy of integrity and spiritual devotion.
In January 2016, Elder McLean established REBIRTH, House of Hope Church, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of North Carolina. As Senior Pastor, she has dedicated herself to fostering a community of hope and restoration. Her leadership extends to the United States Military Chaplaincy, where she is a recognized Distinguished Faith Group Leader (DFGL). In this capacity, she has pastored numerous military congregations, providing vital spiritual guidance to service members and their families. Her theological foundation was furthered by studies at Liberty University Seminary.
A lifelong learner with a sharp analytical mind, Elder McLean earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from Campbell University. In 2024, she became an alumna of the Howard University School of Business, graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA and an Executive Master of Business Administration.
Complementing her academic achievements, she holds numerous professional IT and Cybersecurity certifications, reflecting her expertise in systems administration and digital security. Additionally, she serves her community as a licensed North Carolina Notary Public, a role that underscores her dedication to ethical leadership and public trust.
Beyond the pulpit, Elder McLean is a dynamic entrepreneur. She is the owner of Kairos Employment Unlimited, Incorporated, a professional staffing and administrative services agency. Her passion for innovation and wellness led to the expansion of Lean Enterprises, Incorporated, through the launch of her premier skincare line, Zoi Teli’a Skincare. Whether through her technical mastery, her business acumen, or her pastoral heart, Elder McLean continues to impact lives by bridging the gap between faith and marketplace excellence.
