Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 7, 2026

REBIRTH House of Hope Church (“REBIRTH House of Hope,” “the Church,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates rebirthhoh.org (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this Website, you agree to the practices described here. If you have questions, see the contact information at the end of this page.

Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you voluntarily submit through forms on this Website:

Prayer Requests. When you submit a prayer request or praise report, we collect your name, email address, country, request type, and the message you provide. This information is used solely by our ministry team to pray for you, follow up with you if appropriate, and respond pastorally to your request. We treat the content of prayer requests as confidential and do not publish, sell, or share this information with third parties outside our ministry team.

Contact Form. If you reach out through a contact form on this Website, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email address, and message) in order to respond to your inquiry.

We do not use information submitted through these forms for marketing purposes, and we do not sell or rent your information to any third party.

Information We Do Not Collect

This Website does not process payments, and we do not collect or store any payment card, bank, or financial account information. Donations made through links on this Website are handled entirely by third-party platforms (see “Giving and Donations” below).

Photo Gallery (Google Photos / Google Drive)

Our online photo gallery displays photos from church events, which are sourced from the Church’s own Google Photos and/or Google Drive account. This integration is used only to retrieve and display the Church’s own photos on the Website — it does not access, collect, or share any personal information about Website visitors through the Google API. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies

This Website may use basic functional cookies to support normal site operation (for example, remembering display preferences). [Confirm before publishing: does the site currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising/tracking cookies? If so, this section should name the tool and link to an opt-out or cookie-preference option; if not, this section can state plainly that no analytics or advertising cookies are used.]

This Website includes embedded content and links to third-party platforms, including:

  • Sermon and video content hosted on YouTube
  • Social media links to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Giving platforms, including PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, Realm, and text-to-give services

When you interact with embedded content or click through to any of these platforms, that platform’s own privacy policy and terms govern how they handle your information — not this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third-party platform before providing information to it.

Giving and Donations

Donations made through this Website are processed entirely by the third-party platforms listed above. We do not receive or store your payment details. Please refer to the relevant platform’s own privacy policy for information on how it handles your financial and personal information.

How Long We Keep Information

You may request that we delete information you’ve submitted at any time (see “Your Rights” below).

Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to:

  • Ask what information we hold about you
